Information icon Hello, I'm Dizzyflamingo. I wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions to Ponytail have been undone because they did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. If you have any questions, you can ask for assistance at the Teahouse. Thanks. dizzyflamingo (talk) 05:12, 7 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Ponytail. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include, but are not limited to, links to personal websites, links to websites with which you are affiliated (whether as a link in article text, or a citation in an article), and links that attract visitors to a website or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the page, please discuss it on the associated talk page rather than re-adding it. [1] MrOllie (talk) 10:53, 7 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Warning icon Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did at Ponytail, you may be blocked from editing. It is considered spamming and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Because Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, additions of links to Wikipedia will not alter search engine rankings. Have a look at Wikipedia:Reliable sources, which lays out what makes for an acceptable source on Wikipedia. Note in particular that blogs and other self published materials should not be used. MrOllie (talk) 11:16, 7 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
but i can se multiple self published resource are linked. AnkitJha985 (talk) 11:19, 7 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
If you have found stuff that is not policy compliant on Wikipedia, that is a reason to fix that by replacing with proper sources, not to add even more badly sourced stuff. MrOllie (talk) 11:40, 7 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
