I notice that one of the first articles you edited was Arizona Broadway Theatre, which appears to be dealing with a topic with which you may have a conflict of interest. In other words, you may find it difficult to write about that topic in a neutral and objective way, because you are, work for, or represent, the subject of that article. you need to provide independent verifiable sources to enable us to verify the facts and show that it meets the notability guidelines.
you need to write in a promotional tone. Articles must be neutral and encyclopaedic.
part of the article was a copyright violation of the theatre's website. Copyrighted text is not allowed in Wikipedia, as outlined in this policy. That applies even to pages created by you or your organisation, unless they state clearly that the text is public domain. There are ways to donate copyrighted text to Wikipedia, as describedhere; please note that simply asserting on the talk page that you are the owner of the copyright isn't sufficient.
You have an obvious conflict of interest when it comes to editing articles about this subject. If, after reading the information about notability linked above, you still believe that your theater is notable enough for a Wikipedia article (and that there is significant coverage in reliable, independent secondary sources), you could, if you wish, post a request at Wikipedia:Requested articles for the article to be created. Hi, thanks for email.I looked at the two articles you mentioned. I deleted Theater Works as a a copyright violation. Copyrighted text is not allowed in Wikipedia, as outlined in this policy. That applies even to pages created by you or your organisation, unless they state clearly that the text is public domain. The article was also highly promotional. The Arizona Theatre Company has been around too long for a speedy deletion, and highly promotional stuff added by the creator has been toned down. Nevertheless, in my opinion it still lacks evidence of notability, has no independent sources, and is non-neutral. I've nominated it for a deletion discussion. You appear to have been unlucky with your choice of models.

If you rewrite, as noted above

It must be written in a non-promotional tone. Articles must be neutral and encyclopaedic. Examples of unsourced claims presented as fact in the deleted version include: around 80,000 theatre-goers attend performances... literally and seamlessly... state-of-the-art... involvement with the community and state is widespread... a significant feat... named by Phoenix Magazine as the Best Playhouse in the Valley... ABT is also credited as being the only...
