This submission appears to read more like an advertisement than an entry in an encyclopedia. Encyclopedia articles need to be written from a neutral point of view, and should refer to a range of independent, reliable, published sources, not just to materials produced by the creator of the subject being discussed. This is important so that the article can meet Wikipedia's verifiability policy and the notability of the subject can be established. Issues are many - one reference, to the company's own site. It's not an article draft, but a simple list of product features. Basically, straight-forward advertising. Editor is not making improvements, despite three previous declines. No indication of Notability.

The article is currently entirely unsourced. Please provide references that show where the content was sourced from and to enable readers to check that the information is factual. You must also provide references that show that multiple reliable, independent publications have written in depth about the software. This would show that the editors of those publications considered the software as worthy of note. Without that, the draft provides no indication of why the software should have an article about it in an encyclopedia. At the moment it comes across as just an attempt to promote the software, which is contrary to Wikipedia's terms of use.
