Request reason:

Dear Wikipedia Administrators, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request the reconsideration and removal of my block on Wikipedia. Wikipedia is a platform built by the contributions of individuals and volunteers. Protecting pages against advertisements is certainly important, and I understand MrOllie's concerns. However, if we cannot accurately distinguish between genuine information and promotional content, we may struggle to find volunteers willing to contribute, and a particular group could come to dominate Wikipedia, turning it into an echo chamber rather than a free encyclopedia that welcomes diversity of thought and contributors.

I understand the need to maintain the integrity of Wikipedia by preventing promotional content, but it is equally important to uphold the spirit of collaboration, diversity, and the free exchange of knowledge. I firmly believe that my contributions align with these principles, as they are based on academic sources and aim to enhance the quality of the "customer experience" page with verifiable information.

I kindly request that you read the entire "customer experience" page and consider whether my additions are promotional. The information I added is sourced from a textbook that is widely adopted for customer experience management courses at universities. When you closely review the "customer experience" page, you will find various information from commercial consultancy companies such as Forrester, Gartner, and also academic like Barbara E. Kahn from the Wharton School. I kindly request that you read the entire "customer experience" page and consider whether my additions are promotional. Are they an advertisement for a consultancy firm like Forrester and Gartner? Is it really an advertisement for genuine educational material?

Wikipedia should remain an open platform that welcomes contributions from a wide range of perspectives. If we cannot distinguish between valuable knowledge and advertisements, we risk becoming a platform dominated by a select few, which goes against the core principles of Wikipedia. I urge you to consider this as you review my case. I humbly request you to lift my block and approve the changes I made.

Sincerely,

Decline reason:

1) Nothing here actually addresses the reason for your block. 2) AI-generated unblock requests are generally rejected. --jpgordon𝄢𝄆𝄐𝄇 19:28, 29 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

1) I am blocked with the claim of promoting something in "customer experience" page.
2) I kindly request that you read the entire "customer experience" page and my contributions and consider whether my additions are promotional.
3) The knowledge I added is sourced from a textbook that is widely adopted for customer experience management courses at universities.
4) When you closely review the "customer experience" page, you will find various information from commercial consultancy companies such as Forrester, Gartner, and also academic like Barbara E. Kahn from the Wharton School. As far as I see there are really many promotional materials in the page, but whereas what I contributed is not.
5) I humbly request you to lift my block and approve the changes I made. And let me contribute the page further as well as any other pages within my expertise. Auderescire (talk) 20:49, 29 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
