Added a language revitalization section back to the Tongva article

Djembayz has given you a Carrie Bethel basket! Handwoven Native American baskets promote WikiLove and hopefully this one has made your day better. Spread the WikiLove by giving someone else a Carrie Bethel basket, whether it be someone you have had disagreements with in the past or a good friend. And, best of luck with bringing back the Tongva language! I restored a trimmed-down version of what you wrote, with citations, so it should be more likely to remain in place ... (As a new editor, please don't be discouraged! Hopefully we'll be seeing some good news about Tongva and the park projects.) Feel free to ask for help here on your talk page, like this:

==How does X work?==
{{Help me}}
Your question.
