Dear MrOllie, we all are here to contribute to the society and that is the motive of contributing here in Wikipedia. The external link that i created was keeping the same in mind. The nonprofit organization I added as a think tank is contributing to the society as a genuine public policy advocacy organization and is advising different government and inter-governmental organization, which I came to know from various publications. And I think, we must bring to light organizations like this rather than endorsing many stubs present in Wikipedia.
