License tagging for File:Epithet picture for blog.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Epithet picture for blog.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.

For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 16:05, 5 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Language education

[edit]

Hi there, I noticed you recently edited the article Language education. I removed your reference to the online school "Epithet and Synonym Co.", as in its current state it doesn't comply with Wikipedia's policies. See WP:NOTADVERTISING for more details. Please don't take this personally - it could well be that Epithet and Synonym deserves a mention in the article, and that I've just never heard of it. However, under Wikipedia policies you need to provide a reliable third-party source to show that material like this has a place in the article. (Press-release-type news stories are not acceptable, I'm afraid - it must be independent.) See Wikipedia:Verifiability for more details. I also noticed that you are developing an article entitled "Epithet and Synonym" in your userspace. The policy on verifiability also applies to this, so if you plan on moving it over to article space you would do well to provide some reliable third-party sources. This will prevent the article from being deleted or merged by an administrator. If you have any questions, please ask me on my talk page. All the best.
