Welcome![edit]

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions; however, please remember the essential rule of respecting copyrights. Edits to Wikipedia, such as your edit to the page Potentiostat, may not contain material from copyrighted sources unless used with permission. It is almost never okay to copy extensive text out of a book or website and paste it into a Wikipedia article with little or no alteration, though you can clearly and briefly quote copyrighted text in the right circumstances. Content that does not comply with this legal rule must be removed. For more information on this, see:

If you still have questions, there is the Teahouse, or you can click here to ask a question on your talk page and someone will be along to answer it shortly. As you get started, you may find the pages below to be helpful.

I hope you enjoy editing Wikipedia! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. January 2023[edit]

Information icon Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Electrochemical kinetics. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include, but are not limited to, links to personal websites, links to websites with which you are affiliated (whether as a link in article text, or a citation in an article), and links that attract visitors to a website or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the page, please discuss it on the associated talk page rather than re-adding it. [1] MrOllie (talk) 01:09, 30 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

December 2023[edit]

Warning icon Please stop. If you continue to add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, you may be blocked from editing. It is considered spamming and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Because Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, additions of links to Wikipedia will not alter search engine rankings. Hi Mr Ollie,
I am still discovering how is Wikipedia built and just saw your message today. Sorry for not answering.
I Believe i have valuable content to add in some of wikipedia pages as our learning center has valuable and specific content in electrochemistry fields, all written by engineers or PHD. I agree that wikipedia is not done for uninteresting links but our learning center is very complementary to Wikipedia with very specific content. It can extend knowledge of some wikipedia pages. Unless you consider links are unapropriate anyway. May i suggest you some content or is it useless ? Bardo.Cha (talk) 14:30, 18 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
