Hi Bekardev, actually there is a current deletion discussion about Purna Chandra Jamatia, see Articles for deletion/Purna Chandra Jamatia but it is still ongoing. If the outcome is they do meet WP:NPOL, I will reverse my reject. Please do remind me though by dropping a note on my talk page (click the talk link by my signature which will take you to my talk page). You are also welcome to join the deletion discussion with your reasoning as to how Purna Chandra Jamatia meets WP:NPOL. I suggest reading through WP:AFD first.
