Deletion discussion about Reset Robotics[edit]

Hello, BenDSterling,

I wanted to let you know that there's a discussion about whether Reset Robotics should be deleted. Your comments are welcome at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Reset Robotics .

If you're new to the process, articles for deletion is a group discussion (not a vote!) that usually lasts seven days. If you need it, there is a guide on how to contribute. Last but not least, you are highly encouraged to continue improving the article; just be sure not to remove the tag about the deletion nomination from the top.

Thanks,

Slatersteven (talk) 15:59, 2 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Please also note you should vote only once in an AFD, not each time you reply to someone.Slatersteven (talk) 10:32, 4 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

COI[edit]

May I ask do you have any connection with either Reset Robotics or FRC, as you seem to be an SPA that has only edits articles related to this subject?Slatersteven (talk) 10:35, 4 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Hi! Thanks for reaching out. I am connected to FRC. I was a student in the program years ago and I now volunteer in the program. Although, I have no official connection with FRC. FIRST is a very tight knit community, very few people outside of it know much about it. Currently all the articles about all of the FIRST programs and FIRST teams were written by people connected to FIRST in some way. I choose to write an article about Reset Robotics first since it is getting a lot of attention lately. I plan on worrying articles about other teams as well. BenDSterling (talk) 4:08, 5 December 2017 (UTC)

I would not create any more articles until, the AFD on the current one is resolved.Slatersteven (talk) 13:37, 6 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

Hi, I definitely do not have more than one account. I realize why you would think I did since the only thing the user appears to be doing is defending my article, but that is not my account. BenDSterling (talk) 03:21, 7 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

Please explain the relationship between you and User:PrajPraj. --jpgordon𝄢𝄆 𝄐𝄇 05:16, 7 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:

There is no relationship between us. I have no idea who it is (although I assume its someone involved in FRC since they are seem to know about Reset Robotics and FRC). But that user has no relation to me.

Decline reason:

Based on the technical evidence, I call bullshit. This account is a  Confirmed match to PrajPraj. Yunshui  08:19, 8 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

So PrajPraj is not you?Slatersteven (talk) 10:40, 7 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

PrajPraj is not me. BenDSterling (talk)

Then please explain how you edited Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Reset Robotics at 22:12 on 3-Dec-2017, and then the account PrajPraj was created on the same IP at 22:16, and then edited that same page (agreeing with you, of course) at 22:17? I'm extending this block to indefinite, by the way. --jpgordon𝄢𝄆 𝄐𝄇 04:00, 8 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
