However, please do not use unreliable sources such as blogs, wikis, personal websites, and websites and publications with a poor reputation for checking the facts or with no editorial oversight. These sources may express views that are widely acknowledged as pushing a particular point-of-view, sometimes even extremist, being promotional in nature, or relying heavily on rumors and personal opinions. One of Wikipedia's core policies is that contributions must be verifiable through reliable sources, preferably using inline citations. - Thank you for reaching out to me. Now on the topic of unreliable sources there's a question I have. The sources I have added are news articles from websites (AGDealer, LECTURA, Progressive FARMER DTN) that were in some way related to the sale of agricultural equipment. I soon found out that those websites are not allowed as sources. However, I still want to add sources to the article so people can find out where some of the numbers from the last "History" paragraph come from:
- https://interestingengineering.com/ie-originals/giant-machines/season-1/ep-8-5-biggest-harvesters
- I would like to suggest this source to you rather than trying to add it to the Wikipedia page yourself, with the chance that you will have to delete it again. I would therefore like to hear from you whether you find this source reliable or not. Bench 007314 (talk) 15:23, 5 April 2024 (UTC)
