Why decline? Only because my username seem to like an organization name ..

Your account is named after a website, and all of your edits were to add content sourced to that website - that is WP:CITESPAM. If you believed your website to be a reliable source, you would still have a conflict of interest, and should not have been adding citations to it; since you acknowledge that it is not a reliable sources, and merely a personal blog, then your actions were doubly inappropriate. So what to do, that unblock me?

The advice for appealing blocks is at WP:GAB. At a minimum, you'll have to agree never to post anything about your website again anywhere on Wikipedia; you'd probably also have to give us an idea of the sort of subject you'd want to write about, and the kind of sourcing you would use to support it.
