Bluesky10, I recommend that you undo your change at this article. The tag that you removed concerns article quality. The article at present reads like a personal resume and is not a normal Wikipedia article. Unless you have time to fix the problems I recommend that you leave the tag to alert future editors who might consider working on it. Misbehavior has been reported to admins many times in the past. There was a long-running sockpuppet case about this article. 'Dormant' is not a good rationale for removing the tag unless you want the article to stay this bad forever.
