Your draft and username[edit]

Hello and welcome. I blocked your username because it's the name of your organization. Please pick another username. You may simply abandon this one or request a name change at Wikipedia:Changing username.

As for your draft, it's being moved to WP:AfC. You can work on it there.

Cheers, Anna Frodesiak (talk) 22:54, 13 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The draft is now at Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Brake Supply. Anna Frodesiak (talk) 22:58, 13 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Anna! Thanks for notifying me about my user name. I was previously selected for speedy deletion because my user name was exactly what my article title was. I created a new account, revised my article a bit, and shortened my user name. I can see why you blocked it though, because it still reflects the actual name of the company. i do apologize for that! i am new to wikipedia and have read all the stipulations and guidelines, but yet am still learning how the whole process works. I see where you left the link to go in and change the username, but for some reason i can't figure out how to actually put it on my page. If you could help me out with this, it would be greatly appreciated!
Also, Will you please let me know what you think about the contents of the page? references included? I've done a lot of research and think i have used good historical facts and have proper referencing, but I'd really like to know your opinion on it and if there are any revisions that need to be made.
Thanks in advance for your help!

Hello, and welcome.
  • Your username: Don't worry about having selected an inappropriate username. The best plan is to change it. The link for that is here: Wikipedia:Changing username. I've unblocked your account briefly for you to do this. I will reblock it soon. (I forgot to place the block notice here yesterday.) I'm not sure what you mean by put in on my page. What page? Do you have a new account?
  • Your draft: I will stay out of that. There is a team of editors that will look at it, comment on it, suggest improvements, and move it to the mainspace if and when it's fit.

Hello Evansville 1947. It has been over six months since you last edited your WP:AFC draft article submission, entitled "Brake Supply".

The page will shortly be deleted. If you plan on editing the page to address the issues raised when it was declined and resubmit it, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}} or {{db-g13}} code. Please note that Articles for Creation is not for indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you want to retrieve it, copy this code: {{subst:Refund/G13|Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Brake Supply}}, paste it in the edit box at this link, click "Save page", and an administrator will in most cases undelete the submission.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. HasteurBot (talk) 02:00, 17 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
