How did you revert the vandalism so quickly? I wasn't able to undo it because it said it was only possible manually. It took me 5 minutes just to do it. LOL Khazar (talk) 18:46, 23 July 2014 (UTC)
Having problems with an editor you may have come across
I attempted to describe the Philistines as an Aegean people in accordance with the vast majority of all other encyclopedia and scholarship. I ran into an editor who reverted the edit and gave one reference that is not connected. This is the user who seems to have a very strong agenda User:Oncenawhile and here is the debate. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Philistines#Majority_of_encyclopedias_open_with_the_Philistines_being_Aegean.2FCretan.2C_why_not_Wiki.3F_What.27s_the_agenda_here.3F Can you give me any advice on how to deal with this member as I can see he has had problems with many other editors including yourself? Thanks in advance. Reaper7 (talk) 13:42, 17 July 2014 (UTC)
- See Wikipedia:Dispute resolution. Oncenawhile's edits typically further an agenda with respect to the creation of an historic Palestine and/or Palestinian people. If the pov pushing gets out of hand you may want to file a report at WP:AE.--brewcrewer (yada, yada) 15:43, 17 July 2014 (UTC)
- Thanks Brewcrewer. Yes I can see where his agenda is now in respect to Palestinian history and it is quite revolting. I have looked at his contributions and history and it is an absolute disaster for Wikipedia. I can't control him and he just does what he wants, sadly I don't have the time to take him to task. Seems many have, but he lurks around same pages waiting for people to give up. Thanks for the advice nonetheless and pointing out his agenda. Reaper7 (talk) 01:29, 24 July 2014 (UTC)
- Yup, that's the downside of having a job. --brewcrewer (yada, yada) 03:59, 24 July 2014 (UTC)

- Hi Reaper7, my advice on dealing with me is: WP:AGF. You will find that I am always happy to be proven wrong, have no pride of authorship, and believe in compromise. To prove your viewpoint or prove mine wrong, you (and I) will need to identify the best sources and read them carefully. I look forward to collaborating with you.
