I was actually trying to add things that are important to the city of New Berlin, Wisconsin. Some people thought they new more about the city that I live in and blocked me. Someone was messing around with my account and got me blocked. I have contributed to this website many times from my home IP and finally signed up for an account yesterday and when I walked away from the computer people started messing around on my account.
