Hi Rob

Just thought I'd write something on here so you can find my user page easily

One thing I forgot to tell you was how to sign your name, just type four tildes ~~~~ or click the Signature and Timestamp icon on the edit bar. Can you add a signature to Wikipedia:GLAM/MonmouthpediA/Contributors_and_Partners so other contributors can find your talk page.

I'm going to sift through the list of local people soon and set up categories so Nelson isn't in the same list as local TV presenters.

All the best

Statue of Henry V[edit]

Hi again. A couple of thoughts about your new article:

  1. The title. It should be, at the very least, Statue of Henry V, Monmouth, or even Statue of King Henry V, Monmouth. But it can be easily moved - not a problem.
  2. About starting new articles. I'm not sure that creating a lot of new articles on individual features is the best way forward. Take a look, for example, at List of architectural sculpture in Westminster - even some very well known sculptures don't have their own article. I think the question is whether there are enough independent reliable sources specifically about the statue to justify a standalone article - or, would it be better if fuller references were made in articles on Shire Hall, Monmouth, and the sculptor Charles Peart (which doesn't currently exist, but could be created)? Personally, I'd favour developing articles on those two, rather than a small stubby article on the statue itself. My suggestion (and feel free to ignore it!) would be to expand and develop existing articles, and then decide whether particular aspects are sufficiently lengthy and well referenced to justify their own article, rather than doing it the other way round.
