Image copyright problem with Image:Filson-for-web.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:Filson-for-web.jpg. However, the image may soon be deleted unless we can determine the copyright holder and copyright status. The Wikimedia Foundation is very careful about the images included in Wikipedia because of copyright law (see Wikipedia's Copyright policy).
The copyright holder is usually the creator, the creator's employer, or the last person who was transferred ownership rights. Copyright information on images on Wikipedia is signified using copyright templates. The three basic license types on Wikipedia are open content, public domain, and fair use. Find the appropriate template in Wikipedia:Image copyright tags and place it on the image page like this: {{TemplateName}}
.
Please signify the copyright information on any other images you have uploaded or will upload. Remember that images without this important information can be deleted by an administrator. You can get help on image copyright tagging from Wikipedia talk:Image copyright tags. -- Carnildo 05:12, 31 January 2006 (UTC)
- I have tagged the image you uploaded with the {{Promophoto}} license which I believe to be the one that applies. I'd also like to apologise for being a bit harsh criticising the Steve Filson article. --L1AM 08:05, 10 February 2006 (UTC)

- Hey, 132.241.245.49 (talk), please do not bite the newcomers and remember to be nice. I too may have been too critical about the circumstances of the edits but the attitude of your comment is uncalled for. --L1AM 08:31, 10 February 2006 (UTC)
Your biography
[edit]Hello, CFilson. Some of the people, places or things you have written about in the article Chris Filson may not be sufficiently well-known to merit articles of their own. The Wikipedia community welcomes newcomers, and encourages them to become Wikipedians. On Wikipedia, each user is entitled to a user page in which they can describe themselves, and this article's content may be incorporated into that page. However, to merit inclusion in the encyclopedia proper, a subject must be notable. We encourage you to write or improve articles on notable subjects. I assumed you were building your userpage, so I've moved Chris Filson to User:CFilson. Hope this helps. -- PFHLai 03:02, 5 May 2006 (UTC)
The article Jason Mulgrew has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Non notable retired blogger.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Mccapra (talk) 05:26, 25 January 2020 (UTC)
