[edit]I wasn't notified as to the closure or given an opportunity to reply.
Furthermore, amerindianarts, instead of discussing his concerns with me, almost immediately transformed an academic discussion into a Snark Hunt. He was indeed the one who did not assume good faith and who violated the rules and the canon. Professor Kraft at the site tried to improve the exchange but clearly, amerindianart's goals were two fold: to transform the Kant article into a second-rate, third-hand precis of second-hand Kant cheat sheets, and to expel anyone who'd actually read Kant.
I request re-opening of the issue. I request that words like "behavior" which make entirely too many assumptions based on evidence and which immediately frame the debate in K-12 terms and are about personalities and not issues, be expunged.
I'm quite serious about associating YOUR "behavior" with the US Department of Homeland Security, since your excessively procedural behavior has the clear result of terrorising contributors into replacing truth with discovering the local rules (such as "Kant's text not a source") and sucking up to dominant personalities.
Mediation Cabal case
[edit]I'll reset the category tags to open. However, with that said, please keep in mind the following;
- I will not be the one taking the case since I closed it in the first place, and I prefer not to receive future messages in regards to this case.
- It may be several days before the case is taken due to the backlog in the Mediation Cabal.
- I will give one of the coordinators a heads-up and have them look and see what their opinion is.
I appreciate your comment in regards to my strict interpretation of policy, however, please be aware that for the most part, a lot of editors on Wikipedia are the same way. I'd recommend that you review the WP:CITE, WP:V, WP:CIVIL, and WP:NPA policies at your earliest convenience. In addition, my participation in this case is ended - and there is no further need to comment on the case on my talk page. Best of luck in your future edits. CQJ 14:30, 31 August 2006 (UTC)
Moved from your userpage
[edit]I'll thank you not to be so patronizing and so prejudice mediation as to refer one of the discussants to citation and civility. amerindian's idea vandalism showed no respect for the traditions of wikipedia or civility itself, and I know how to fucking cite.Spinoza1111 11:45, 5 September 2006 (UTC)

WAP blocked!
[edit]Someone has apparently blocked the interface for wireless users to access Wikipedia. My fiancee is having surgery today, so until I get her home I will not be around except to read only. I anticipate being back later today. Thanks. CQJ 05:50, 31 August 2006 (UTC)
Wiarthurhu mentorship
[edit]Please leave all comments in regards to Wiarthurhu in this section using the === === tag. In addition, please keep in mind that I read this page when not at my computer by Wireless Access Protocol and my WAP browser will not transfer pages above 35k. Thanks. CQJ 16:46, 8 September 2006 (UTC)
YouTube
[edit]Wiarthurhu has contacted me VIA YouTube multiple times. Most of them were "Are you that evil geneous kid from Wiki[edia?", though one was a genuine question about my Taurus tribute video. This may be breaching that agreement he made that he would leave me alone. Just thought I'd let you know. Karrmann 16:01, 9 September 2006 (UTC)
F-14 Tomcat mediation
[edit](see MedCab case and MedCom request)
Hi, awhile ago, the MedCom received that request for mediation. Unfortunately, as you know, the MedCom has been rather slow lately, and we did not accept the case in a timely matter. So you took the case. Recently, I offered to mediate the case. (Sorry, somehow I missed the message you left on the talk page, but one of the parties explained what had happened, so its okay.)
So, to get to the point, I was wondering if you thought the MedCom should still try to mediate this case, and if so, whether we should try now, or after Wiarthurhu's limitted 3-month ban ends.
Thanks!

- Thanks for your opinion. I closed the MedCom case, but if for some reason they want to file another request for mediation from the MedCom in the future, if one of you drops a note on my talk page, I'll make sure it goes through in a timely fashion (assuming I'm around). If it makes a difference, private mediation is an option. Armedblowfish (talk|mail|contribs) 18:50, 23 September 2006 (UTC)
Wiarthurhu and Chevrolet Pickup 1955-57
[edit]Please note Chevrolet Pickup 1955-57. It appears that (a) User:Wiarthurhu is editing automotive content again - in contravention of the terms of his agreement and (b) he is doing exactly the kinds of things he was banned for in the first place - vis two totally inappropriate and copyright-laden images lifted from CGI movies. These two images need to be deleted and the article updated to remove them. I would do this myself but I truly do not want to go there again. PLEASE let's just hand this guy the lifetime ban he so richly deserves - and this time let's make it stick. SteveBaker 21:20, 31 October 2006 (UTC)
Oh - crap - I noticed you are on Wikibreak - oh well - I'll take it to MedCab instead: Wikipedia:Mediation Cabal/Cases/2006-10-31 User:Wiarthurhu mediation violation - enjoy your Wikibreak! SteveBaker 22:01, 31 October 2006 (UTC)

I think I'm alive
[edit]I've been so busy with classes and rush and everything that I've had barely anytime to spend online besides doing school work. I've also had the stomach flu yesterday which sucked balls. I'm recovering tho. Rush went well. We got 4 guys in formal, 2 guys signed before rush, one guy signed last wednesday, we have one "superpledge", and a guy is suppose to sign today, I believe. The superpledge is a long story. So, 8 total plus the guy thats signing today. So, I'll try to keep you updated as much as I can. I've gotta get somethings done, so I'll ttyl! Hi
[edit]Thanks a lot for your welcome back message, much appreciated and helped me stay on track in terms of returning to contribute to this project (you are still the only wikipedia user I have actually spoken to). Honduras is still great for the most part, I now have a business here with 3 staff and so am learning the joys and hazards of management, which I imagine you know all about already.
