I noticed that one of the first articles you edited appears to be dealing with a topic with which you may have a conflict of interest. In other words, you may find it difficult to write about that topic in a neutral and objective way, because you are, work for, or represent, the subject of that article. Your recent contributions may have already been undone for this very reason.

One rule we do have in connection with conflicts of interest is that accounts used by more than one person will unfortunately be blocked from editing. Wikipedia generally does not allow editors to have usernames which imply that the account belongs to a company or corporation. If you have a username like this, you should request a change of username or create a new account. (A name that identifies the user as an individual within a given organization may be OK.)

In addition, if you receive, or expect to receive, compensation for any contribution you make, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation to comply with our terms of use and our policy on paid editing.

There have been two problems with this account: the account has been used for advertising or promotion, which is contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia, and your username indicates that the account represents a business or other organisation or group or a web site, which is also against policy, as an account must be for just one person. Request reason:

I understand. This account is intended to update information on our company, as well as clarify our role with other organizations. This is not meant to be advertising, but rather informational in nature. There will be no solicitation or discussion of services offerings, etc. My company had an affiliation with Outlook Media at some point in our history, and we wanted to clarify that relationship, etc.

Decline reason:

you propose a new username that meets the username policy
you confirm that this account is used by one individual only
you agree to avoid creating or directly editing articles related to your organisation (requested edits will still be permitted)
you agree to abide by the Wikimedia Foundation's Terms of Use and disclose your paid relationship in accordance with the paid contributor policy
you indicate what areas of Wikipedia you intend to edit in the future

Please note that Wikipedia is not for merely providing information; that can be done on your company website. Wikipedia is only interested in what independent reliable sources state about article subjects, and has no interest in what the subject wants to say about itself. If there is incorrect information in an article relevant to your company, we want to know what it is, but you should avoid directly editing the article due to your conflict of interest. If you want to be a general, individual Wikipedia contributor and not just a company representative, please tell what you will edit about. If you just want to tell about your company, you won't be unblocked and should consider alternative forums or social media.
