User:Catapultutil[edit]

A "{{prod}}" template has been added to the article User:Catapultutil, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but yours may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice explains why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may contest the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on [[Talk:User:Catapultutil|its talk page]]. Also, please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. -- lucasbfr talk 21:16, 6 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Your content[edit]

Hi, sorry for failing to give you the second notice, I originally prodded the page (the notice above) and I discovered afterwards that you had other pages as well. In fact, you were mistaken, userspace, as a part of Wikipedia, is not a free webhost. If you want, I can send you the content by e-mail, is that ok? -- lucasbfr talk 14:47, 8 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

My response[edit]

yea, that is fine, you can send it to my email: home@fluckiger.org . I'm very relieved to know that I can recover my documentation. Thanks for the quick response. I don't mind moving the content, sorry I was misusing wikipeia. Wikipedia is the greatest site ever, keep up the good work.

also, I noticed on your user page you have a small bio about yourself. does that mean that my other page is ok? I don't have mulitple pages on wikipedia, I only have 2. Is this page safe, or will it be deleted too? I'd like to know before I put more time into building out the content. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Josephfluckiger

I sent the page to the address mentioned in your user preferences (I don't have access to my e-mail here). I can re send it later today if that's not ok. The complete guideline on what is ok and what is not can be found at Wikipedia:User page. In short, there is some latitude, but it only to be intended for people involved in the project (in short, it's not Myspace). For the page you linked here, for now it is not acceptable because you are not contributing to the project (but we always need new volunteers ;)). I hope that helps! -- lucasbfr talk 15:02, 8 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

ok, I will try to contribute so that the page doesn't get deleted.
