DAS Model Management[edit]

DAS Model Management is a modeling agency based in Miami Beach, Florida. The agency’s name derives from the managing partners' initials: Spencer Dienes, Rasheed Alli and Jake Silverstein. Since opening in July of 2016, the agency has expanded from high-end fashion and added a promotional and plus size division. [1] Whether they are new faces or experienced models, the team of photographers and makeup artist at DAS work to keep portfolios current. This helps the models build their personal brand at no charge and it gives clients accurate presentation while selecting models for their campaigns. [2]

The team is led by experienced veterans of the modeling industry; Paolo Buonfante is the vice president of operations and Anton Urusov is director of operation. Their experience and connections help sign models and book campaigns worldwide. [3]
