Hi Chetsford,

Thank you for reviewing my first article. I saw that you declined it based on copyright violation. I am not sure what specifically in the article was in violation?

Can you please tell me what it was specifically so I can remove it? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Draft:It_Will_be_Chaos --Charlie2145hj (talk) 19:34, 25 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Yes. I noted that this line - "a comprehensive, yet intimate portrait of lives in transit" - is so close to this line - "part intimate portrait of lives in transit" [1] - as to violate WP:CLOP. Upon noting this, I declined the nomination without further review, ergo, there may be further copyright violation beyond this and I can't say this is a comprehensive list. Request reason:

I was blocked by user Bbb23 for an unspecified reason. I don't see any reason why my account was blocked. I had been making edits to learn how to use Wikipedia and just submitted my first draft of an article. Charlie2145hj (talk) 15:19, 26 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

So sorry. I cannot unblock you at this time. You are blocked because a checkuser has determined that you are abusing multiple accounts. Please read the pertinent sections of the WP:GAB as they contain important information. -- Dlohcierekim (talk) 16:48, 26 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:

Thank you for informing me of the reason; however, that couldn't be further from the truth. I don't know how or why my activity seemed suspicious in anyway. This is the only Wikipedia account I have and I haven't done anything abusive with it at all. I was informed my first article was declined due to an issue which I am trying to figure out, but that appears to be a normal part of learning to edit and write on Wiki. Can someone please review my status again? I believe I was blocked out of error. Charlie2145hj (talk) 21:48, 26 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

I have reviewed the technical data, and there is indeed a very close overlap between this account and Film2pro. Combined with the It Will Be Chaos drafts, it seems very implausible that the two accounts would be unrelated. Yunshui  09:56, 28 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Charlie2145hj - as this was the result of a Checkuser review, it might be that you are using the same IP address as Film2pro. Film2pro seems to have previously stated they are in some way employed by the film's production company or distributor and you both were singularly involved in submission of the It Will be Chaos draft. It might help to resolve this if you could clarify your relationship with the film and with the Film2pro account. If you're both working in the same office with the same objective that could be a reasonable explanation as to why you present the appearance as the same person controlling two accounts. And, if that's all it is, I'd imagine that could be a good reason for unblocking since COI disclosures seem to have been followed. (That said, of course, I don't know the specifics of the Checkuser results so there may be more to it than that.) Chetsford (talk) 02:38, 28 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
