I think it's just fine and Wikipedia is not censored. The section is not POV, it is factual. Trying to put a positive spin on criticism is like trying to shine a turd and it's not what NPOV is about. NPOV means that articles should conform to a generally neutral tone, not that every sentence in an article must be respun to conceal cited facts.
