Section headings

Hi Chrb7, MOS:GOODHEAD explains, that section headings are sequentially, starting with level 2. MOS:HEADINGS explains, that headings are not wrapped in markup. And MOS:RANGE says, "The en dash in a range is always unspaced, except when either or both elements of the range include at least one space, hyphen, or en dash".
