Suggestions

[edit]

I've just left some comments over at the CMAA talk page. I hope it doesn't seem overly critical. There's a lot to like about the article, but a few things that would improve it. Feel free to respond on the article's talk page, or you can contact me directly on mine. Peirigill 19:52, 22 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Disputed fair use rationale for Image:David-CMAA.gif

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:David-CMAA.gif. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot (talk) 21:49, 13 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Unreferenced BLPs

[edit]

Hello Cmaa! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 1 of the articles that you created is tagged as an Unreferenced Biography of a Living Person. The biographies of living persons policy requires that all personal or potentially controversial information be sourced. In addition, to ensure verifiability, all biographies should be based on reliable sources. If you were to bring this article up to standards, it would greatly help us with the current 343 article backlog. Once the article is adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the article:

  1. Robert Tucker - Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs· FENS · JSTOR · TWL

Thanks!--DASHBot (talk) 04:31, 17 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The article Robert Tucker has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Article has been tagged for some months but remains unreferenced and no evidence has been provided or found that the subject meets notability guidelines for either musicians or academics.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. AllyD (talk) 21:33, 20 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
