Please see top of article for comments on decline. This is by no means permanent: once you add sources in the right way I'm sure this will pass fine. A quick read of WP:Sources and WP:Footnotes should set you on the right track, and/or peruse some other biographies of nobles to get some ideas for format (including an WP:Infobox to put all his pertinent facts).
