About this article: the reason it has been declined is because of our guidelines on notability. Wikipedia articles should be about important, notable subjects. If sources about the book are not available in the news, then it is not notable enough for Wikipedia. After rereading your submission, the articles simply reference the book's topics, not the book itself. If you can find articles about the book itself (not including the publisher or writer), then it can be accepted. Try using [1] on either The International Man or Doug Casey. Also read our guidelines on primary, secondary, and tertiary sources, verifiability of sources, and WP:N.

On another note, some of the article may be original research, not backed up by analysis via secondary sources (as per the lack of references in the article). In summary, if you believe the book is notable, please provide references about it. User:A412 (Talk * C) 23:32, 6 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I've read the rules on notability and based on what I read there I still think the article is worthy of inclusion. The book which is about internationalising yourself and your assets in times of economic peril is of particular interest in the current economic environment. Just as the examples from Rhodesia show, people need to find out about this topic to protect themselves. The book and International Man project seemed like a worthy subject making people aware of the subject matter. Internationalisation to protect yourself is a very important topic in my opinion.

I will of course do my best to locate some additional references. Crispy Beef (talk) 00:25, 7 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
