Speedy deletion nomination of Mark Donnelly, Co Founder of DQ Web Services

A tag has been placed on Mark Donnelly, Co Founder of DQ Web Services, requesting that it be deleted from Wikipedia. Here are a few key questions:

Do you understand that Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, and not a business directory?
Do you understand conflict of interest?
Do you understand that to be considered for an encyclopedia article, the subject must be notable?

Request reason:

I was unaware that I was not allowed to directly promote myself, or organisation. I hereby declare that I will not be subject to repetition of these such actions in the near future.

Decline reason:

I am declining for 2 reasons. 1) The username is already taken. 2) For some reason this request has not been actioned by possibly quite a number of admins who did not feel comfortable unblocking but not feeling strongly enaugh to decline. As a result quite some time has past and this account is most likely abandoned and the user has most likely created a fresh account anyway. Request reason:

I was contacted by an admin who declined on unblocking my account due to 1) the username currently existing in the database. 2) He believed a new account would now exist due to the timespan which has since passed on no usage of this account due to suspension.

Decline reason:

Procedural decline only. There is an accout markd123, but it was created in 2007 and never used. You could usurp the name, but choosing another may be easier. I apologise for the delay in addressing your problem.--Anthony Bradbury^"talk" 19:56, 4 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
