Help me!

Please help me with... This error message keeps popping up: A list-defined reference with the name "foo" has been invoked, but is not defined in the <references> tag for Reference #12 on the Ref list. It's used twice on the page. I've named it <ref name="foo"> and invoked it correctly for its second use. Not sure what I'm doing wrong and the help page does not help me at all.

There is an actual bug in the software somewhere in the vicinity of what you were doing, but, not in this case. I fixed it by simply doing the list-defined references consistently. — jmcgnh(talk) (contribs) 01:48, 18 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
