Hello, and thank you for your recent contribution. While the content of your edit may be true, I have removed it because its depth or nature of detail are not consistent with our objectives as an encyclopedia. I recognize that your edit was made in good faith and hope you will familiarize yourself with what Wikipedia is not so we may collaborate in the future. Thank you! Your user page

[edit]

Please read WP:UPYES and WP:UPNOT regarding what you may and may not have on your user page and remove the inappropriate links accordingly. Thank you, Melcous (talk) 08:21, 5 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Hi and thanks for your message on my talk page. Thanks for taking the time to read and respond, you have removed the multiple links which is a good start. In general your user page should focus on what you are doing here not anywhere else. I would still consider removing the link to your blog. If you are planning to edit articles related to your work or anything where you have a conflict of interest, you should read these guidelines and be careful to abide by them. In particular, there is a standard disclosure you should include for a general conflict, and a specific disclosure you must use if you are editing in the course of employment or in any other way being compensated for your edits. You should also not directly edit any articles you have a conflict of interest with, but should instead propose changes on the talk page, most easily done using the Template:Request edit. Please ask here if you have further questions. Cheers, Melcous (talk) 09:04, 5 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, Daniel H Hardman. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or draft page you started, Draft:Self-sovereign identity.

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been deleted. If you plan on working on it further and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it. — JJMC89(T·C) 01:15, 4 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
