Hi Deanjwoods. There's a couple things I think you should know about wikipedia. Please read WP:Welcome to get started and then have a look at WP:NPOV and WP:Promotion.

Wikipedia is a neutral encyclopaedia. It is also not the place to advertise something. Accordingly you cannot refer to a subject in the first person, like you did with the line "Our reputation for being the ‘friendly and more informal’" at the article Austin College UNE. You should have opened that sentence with "Austin college's reputation" or "Their reputation", however, you also cannot refer to a subject with a point of view term such as "friendly" or "beautiful" without providing a reliable secondary source.
