Nothing to suggest the book itself is notable and the author apparently is not notable given he's not actually held in any libraries, hence I'm simply not seeing anything else better beyond this.

Please do check out the "Referencing for beginners" link above for an explanation of the kinds of sources required for an entry in the encyclopedia--press releases and sales sites don't suffice, but the link will explain what kinds of reliable secondary sources you should look for in developing an entry.
