I have added Studio Music & Lyrics
Hello Delldot,
I have added Studio Music & Lyrics as an studio where something is going on in the city of Groningen, The Netherlands. The link to another website as reference is because many bands who rehearsal at Music & Lyrics could be found in the archive to. My add is in duscusion for some kinda reasson to be wikiproof or not. So I wait until I can edit the artikel for more interesting links to all kinds of bands in connection with Music & Lyrics. Even bands from the USA played at Music & Lyrics. We do run this reahersalroom for about 13 years right now so we have a small reputation.
Some time ago I was looking to write a reaction about this artikel I wrote on wikipedia but could not find out how.

Time to bring this conversation to talk?
Hi, got your email, and in a hurry so I thought it was time to bring it to Wikipedia. I sure hope all the stuff I had to do to get it allowed was done correctly. Boy did I do a lot of reading to figure things out, and with your excellent help and support I hope it's time to start putting it into articles, probably something else I'll need to read and learn and need help with. I really think bringing [1] who is a GI would be a great asset to us, what's your thoughts?
I agree with you and think we should wait to see if there is going to be a problem with the picture's release. Do you know anyone who can tell us if I did it right so that it won't be deleted and we can get started? I know a couple of editors that might be able to tell me so let me know. Emailing on the Village site I found the answer not too clear at the time other than saying it could be deleted in 7 days. Thanks again, --CrohnieGalTalk 14:18, 14 November 2007 (UTC)
- Responded back to you. Please let me know where you add it on my talk page so I see where and how you did it, thanks,--CrohnieGalTalk 12:41, 15 November 2007 (UTC)

Bad revert
Hi Delldot thank you for your message. If you look at the history of Mitchel, Cornwall, you will see that it has been totally vandalised by someone. I knew the person who did it and made a wikipedia account to get rid of their edit. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Green buttons (talk • contribs) 19:34, 14 November 2007 (UTC)
This user deserves a lengthier block than the one he just got handed for 1 week. He has a history of compulsive vandalism over the last year with more than 150 edits. This is his 7th block but he continues vandalising immediately after block expiry. SWik78 20:53, 14 November 2007 (UTC)
- Well, the articles being picked on are pretty major and the edits can get pretty inflammatory (ie, replacing the whole article Ethiopia with 'Niggers'). Whoever it is that's doing this seems to know when the blocks expire because they're back immediately afterwards and they know they're about to get blocked again so that's why they get their money's worth and edit 5 or 10 articles within a half an hour before they're blocked again. The point I'm trying to make is that I think it's the same person or group of people because there is a pattern of behaviour. I know that the school is located in Rose Hill, Kansas but what are the odds of someone different vandalizing the same article almost every month since September 2006, even if it is your home town? I would say to give them about 2 months and hope that it's long enough for the main violators to forget about vandalizing Wikipedia and find something else interesting to do like throwing rocks at cars or whatever it is that keeps them happy. By the way, I always say Peace! in real life. So Peace! right back at you! SWik78 21:43, 14 November 2007 (UTC)
- OK. I'll keep an eye on them too. SWik78 00:35, 15 November 2007 (UTC)

- You know I tried to use twinkle but I just couldn't figure out how to get it work, adding that line script to the .js page did absolutely nothing. After searching around for a while I went with popups which also included code for the .js, but it worked for some reason. I probably just don't know what I'm doing :) --revotfel★ 21:25, 15 November 2007 (UTC)

Maybe time to block IP
[3] The welcome page was deleted of all conversations and warning to start fresh for the editor. But as you can see by the contributions, there is no reason to try to keep this IP editor, all I see is attacks and very rude behavior. Did I miss something which allowed the reversal of what you said by another editor to start frest when this editor seems obviously just out to attack and vandalize. If I am missing something please share it with me. I try also to do clean ups of vandals and inappropriate things likes blogs, my space, you tube and so forth. Thanks, off to bed for me. --CrohnieGalTalk 01:22, 16 November 2007 (UTC)

My Note
Yeah, no problem. And yes, I do think it ought to be semiprotected. I also think that users who vandalize should be banned on sight. I've become irritated by constantly seeing messages that say "If you do that again you will be banned." One time I even noticed one user talk page that had much more than one message that said "This is your last warning." For Pete's sake! Just delete the user! I'm on a quest to become an administrator, so I'm sure this recent history will look good once I finally suggest to receive this promotion.--Padawan Animator (talk) 23:30, 16 November 2007 (UTC)

Thanks for undoing the disruptive edits by troublemaker IP anon 12.168.112.176 (talk · contribs). BTW, can you also watch the Negima!? article for me? That article has been a vandalized several times since last April in between protections. - 上村七美 (Nanami-chan) | talkback | contribs 16:45, 20 November 2007 (UTC)
- Not just that IP, but that IP has been causing some trouble (that's why I reported him to WP:AIV to have him blocked longer). Negima!? has been vandalized several times before simply because the vandals claim that the series does not deserve to have an article. I just think they simply hate it. This is why it has been semi-protected several times, the longest and latest being two months. (I want to have it permanently protected, but since I don't have to authority to do so... you already know.) - 上村七美 (Nanami-chan) | talkback | contribs 16:57, 20 November 2007 (UTC)
- There's also a discussion in that article where KyuuA4 (talk · contribs) has somewhot found about some of the vandals who, should I say, apparently bastardize the article. Quoting him: "Apparently, that's the group opposing and vandalizing this series and this article. If anyone can find their site, that would be much appreciated. I'm willing to suspect it's this one. Obviously, it is just conjecture at this point. KyuuA4 04:07, 16 September 2007 (UTC)" The problem is the site he is referring to is in Spanish. I hope that anon's actions doesn't trigger another mass vandalism on it (or any of the Negima-related character pages). I may not be around if that time comes. But thanks for the help (even if anime may not your cup of tea). PS: I think two or three months is still good and long enough, if the need arises once again. - 上村七美 (Nanami-chan) | talkback | contribs 17:24, 20 November 2007 (UTC)

Proofreading
Hello Delldot
I translated a part of an article into English, but I had some grammatical problems. I looked for help on Wikipedia:Questions, it brought me to Wikipedia:Embassy. There, I was suggested to look for a translator, but I am one. I wanted the article to be proofread by a native English speaker. I checked out the proofreaders list, there was just a few of them, because they all can speak Russian, while that was not necessary.
I asked Razorflame what I was supposed to do, he fixed something (he said he could not fix everything) and said I ought to ask an admin. So I ask you.
I cannot find a list of regular proofreaders who have no extra knowledge, i.e. who are less busy.

Hello I have a new question
I found the article Boy S Tenyu. Its section Plot summary seems to have wrong style, but I am not sure that it is so. Could you check it, please?
A. Demidov (talk) 09:00, 26 November 2007 (UTC)
It is more than unclear...
You're quite nice person :)
Even if you cannot fix a problem; trying to do that and telling me, you give me fine ideas. When you advised me to compare the Russian article with the one we both had checked, I noticed three things:
- Nearly everything the English version has is the exact translation of that of the Russian Wikipedia.
- The Russian Wikipedia doesn't mention that the boxer was blind (while it's the plot's spring!!)
- Both the articles dragged in the name of a Russian serial of The Brigade, while the only common thing they have is the director and some actors... Well, however, I might be mistaken, I should use search engines.
- The Russian article has little more sections (well, as for this, I knew it before).
- Before you reworded the article, it was more like a poster, than an article, , so is the Russian version. Still. I'll have to fix it.
Thanks for your attention!
A. Demidov (talk) 18:55, 26 November 2007 (UTC)
P.S.
I added new info to the article you had copyedited so nice. Maybe you are interested to check its talk page. I left some notes there. And I have one more question. When I use data from the city archive, which are cited in a newspaper's article (I've picked them there), what should I refer to? The online site of the paper, or the archive itself?
Thank you for everything you do for Wikipedians!

Question on e-mail address.
I have registered my e-mail address on my account. But recently someone has been trying to hijack my account. I know this because I keep receiving "New temporary password for Wikipedia" e-mails which I didn't request myself. Is it safe to remove my e-mail address from my account so these would stop? After all, it is optional. Or should I just ignore the messages to be on the safer side (I even made a filter on my e-mail account to make sure)? Thanks. I Need Help
Hello. There is a user by the name of TTN who is continously reverting and deleting articles left and right without warning, and even threatens several users to do so.
Most of the time he does this without even speaking to the users, and he is leaving chaos and confuson in his wake. Without a doubt that breaks several of the rules established on this site.
In short: he is using the rules against us so he can vandalize articles.
I am requesting that you do something about this user before he continues his actions.
If you do not believe what I say is legit please go here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:TTN
Thank you.—Preceding unsigned comment added by ZeroGiga (talk • contribs)
Response: TTN
Thanks for your response.
However, judging from what I see, no matter how someone talks to him, he still persists in his actions. And I thought that changing articles without one's consent IS illegal in Wikipedians standards and counts as vandalism.
He is the type of user who has barely any sense of compassion when it comes to articles, and if I recall right, several users are leaving Wikipedia because of him. He is like something of a "missing-nin" by wikipedian standards (If you do not know what a missing-nin is, read the Naruto articles.).
However, I do feel that if I talk to him, it would lead to unneccesary conflict, and I'm not the type of person who just jumps in and bark threats at someone given the chance. Too many users have made that mistake against him, and, well, they suffered the consequences for breaking the rules, right? —Preceding unsigned comment added by ZeroGiga (talk • contribs) 16:41, 27 November 2007 (UTC)
I expanded the article a bit, but I got tired up, so I am not sure if my work is clear or not. But I am sure it needs rewording. Also, I think the article should be moved to Shadowboxing, and the page Boy S Tenyu should be converted to a redirect page. How do you think?
Thanks!
A. Demidov (talk) 17:50, 27 November 2007 (UTC)
Yes, I see the article of Shadowboxing exists. (I didn't check it before, because I am on my cell phone at the moment.) Actually, it is true for the Russian version too. That's why it is called ru:Бой с тенью (фильм, 2005), i.e. Shadowboxing (film, 2005). I think, it can be called in this way. By the way, how did you figured out the comma was needed, when you fixed the interwiki?
Nobody but you told to me "shall" on the internet. I began to think that the word became obsolete!.. I think, I am not enough skilled to move pages.
Hope, there will be no message about a conflict (I get the messages in Russian, so I don't know, how it looks in original).
A. Demidov (talk) 18:31, 27 November 2007 (UTC)
Not vandalizing
William Rodriguez profile was vandalised by the user Jazz as he mentioned on NAtional TV in Spain, London and USA. You have not reverted the edits as the original was and instead have helped on a character assasination. Wiki has to be aware of this and the items reverted to the original article that was posted last year. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 195.172.110.174 (talk) 19:45, 27 November 2007 (UTC)
OK, I'll move it...
...when I get continuous internet connection. If not, will you do it by yourself, please? I think, I will do it tomorrow (22:30 over here right now), if everything is okay. I also left some note on the article's talk page.

I must have typed wrong info
I had the plot summary by memory. It turned out, the camera showed Las Vegas, not L.A. I am afraid there are other errors in the summary. What tag is used to indicate a section which might contain absolutely wrong data?
Also, I found the official forum of the film. There are many interesting data, like logical errors, pseudo errors (i.e. some scenes that seem to be errors, but they are justified) etc. How can I include them into the article?
Thanks!

The picture
It seems to be problematic, I mean emailing to the museum. The have neither site nor email address, the journalists scanned the photos to make them available online. If I go to museum and ask the old women working there about copyright, they'll answer: "£$€¥ off, man, and don't put stupid questions! What is copyright and what is Wikipedia? Wanna copy the pics - please do, but leave us be!" So that's the problem. I cannot communicate the more educated manager, because I don't represent an official person and neither I am one. I actually saw the pictures everywhere, they seem to be usual... But what license should I choose in the uploading form?
About an original research, they cited a newspaper, is it verifyable?
