The article needs a longer introduction that explains psychological inertia in the context of psychology and behavioral economics (e.g. is it a theory, a label for certain behaviors, what subfields or approaches is it associated with, etc.).

Not necessarily longer, but clarified the definition of psychological inertia and added context by describing its relation to omission bias. Also identified it as a psychological mechanism (that leads to omission bias) and related it to physical inertia (as per the literature). Discussed that it is thought to explain certain psychological/behavioral economics phenomena.
