Language is not standardized with personal vs 3rd person use, giving a promotional appearance.

Article does not appear to meet WP:GNG. Creator appears to have a WP:COI issue per this business and its owner. References are almost entirely from the company's website, no 3rd party coverage, see WP:REF. Article is uncategoried WP:CAT.

Proposed deletion of One Degree

Proposed deletion of Rey Faustino

The article Rey Faustino has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Fails WP:GNG, sources used include Faustino's LinkedIn profile (used more than any other reference) and his own self-published blog on Medium. Article was created by editor with apparent WP:COI

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
