Introduction to the 'RS' portable compiler

Hi, I see it was you who added the reference to this paper to the article on ALGOL 68RS. Since the article is a little thread-bare (to put it mildly) I'd like to try beefing it up. Do you have a copy of the "Introduction" paper? If so could you let me have a copy? Or do you know who I could contact to get a copy?
