This is your last warning. The next time you insert a spam link, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Persistent spammers may have their websites blacklisted, preventing anyone from linking to them from all Wikimedia sites as well as potentially being penalized by search engines.

Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you.

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for spamming or advertising. From your contributions, this seems to be your only purpose. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first. Request reason:

I'm interested in subject Eurojackpot. ‎Barton555 many times put link Official site - /http://eurojackpot.com/ for Eurojackpot witch is great lie. Official site is eurojackpot.de but it is in German. That's why I put it back and a site in English. I can scan eurojackpot tickets and can send it if you wish to prove it /here on ticket is eurojackpot.de/. I make a lot for this page write table with probabilities and put a link with explanation in English because not everyone can use original germen site. I'm afraid I didn't understand the use of a talk page right and attempt to remove spam links like in http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Eurojackpot&diff=prev&oldid=483885592 If you still think that I do something bad for wikipedia it is OK, but to make a page better and be removed from a men that put only spam link and no word for that page is not right I think.

Decline reason:

You do not appear to have adequately addressed the reason for your block. Your use of Wikipedia is unacceptable. Before presenting a new unblock request, please indicate what kinds of edits you would intend to make, should your block be lifted. PhantomSteve/talk|contribs\ 19:43, 3 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
