I undid your edit to St Mary's Church, Haddenham Copy/pasting, even from a free source, is wp:plagiarism. It would be best for you to use your own words for this. If not, you need to properly cite your reuse of someone else's work. See wp:inline citation for using wp:footnotes. For an inline citation with a footnote add <ref name="William Page">{{cite book |url= http://www.british-history.ac.uk/vch/bucks/vol2/pp281-286 |author= [[William Henry Page]] |title= A History of the County of Buckingham: Volume 2, Parishes: Haddenham |pages= 281-286 |ASIN= B00MG5KYIK |date= 1 January 1902 |accessdate= January 2016}}</ref> (leave out the "nowiki" parts). This would become^[1] ({{reflist}} required to show the footnote properly) Citation goes after punctuation, if any. You can "reuse" a citation in multiple areas by adding a name to the reference "<ref name="William Page">" such as this one^[1] and that one.^[1] Subsequent reuses need a "/" <ref name="William Page"/>. As there appears to be no ISBN code, I used the ASIN code from amazon.com

Edit warring notification[edit]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on St Mary's Church, Haddenham. Copyright violation[edit]

Hello Dog7005, and welcome to Wikipedia. While we appreciate your contributing to Wikipedia, there are certain things you must keep in mind about using information from your sources to avoid copyright or plagiarism issues here.

You can only copy/translate a small amount of a source, and you must mark what you take as a direct quotation with double quotation marks (") and a cited source. Aside from limited quotation, you must put all information in your own words and structure, in proper paraphrase. Following the source's words too closely can create copyright problems, so it is not permitted here; see Wikipedia:Close paraphrasing. Even when using your own words, you are still, however, asked to cite your sources to verify information and to demonstrate that the content is not original research.
