- I edited the article lately and I added some sources that could be informative for this article. I spend a lot of time making it and it would be sad if this article were deleted. I haven't mean to do vandalism and I made it because it would interest the people, especially people from those countries that were mentioned in this artice and I don't think that it is wrong to have this article. It is my opinion. Donoskra (talk) 18:28, 22 October 2024 (UTC)
Translated articles
[edit]Hi there, Donoskra, and thank you for creating Swedes in Japan. As far as I can see, at least part of the article has been translated from the Japanese 在日スウェーデン人. I have mentioned this on the article's talk page but in order to avoid copyright problems, you need to mention this in an edit summary on the article itself in accordance with Help:Translation. I suggest when you next edit the article, you add in the edit summary "This article is inspired by the Japanese version of the article: https://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E5%9C%A8%E6%97%A5%E3%82%B9%E3%82%A6%E3%82%A7%E3%83%BC%E3%83%87%E3%83%B3%E4%BA%BA". Happy editing!--Ipigott (talk) 12:20, 3 November 2024 (UTC)
And I've just noticed you have created similar articles on four other groups of immigrants: Italians, Mexicans, Usbeks and Cambodians. These need to be attributed in the same way. Please let me know if you run into any difficulties.--Ipigott (talk) 12:33, 3 November 2024 (UTC)
