Welcome[edit]

Hello, Dr.dollar, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of your edits have not conformed to Wikipedia's verifiability policy, and may be removed if they have not yet been. Wikipedia articles should refer only to facts and interpretations that have been stated in print or on reputable websites or other forms of media. Always remember to provide a reliable source for quotations and for any material that is likely to be challenged, or it may be removed. Wikipedia also has a related policy against including original research in articles. As well, all new biographies of living people must contain at least one reliable source.

If you are stuck and looking for help, please see the guide for citing sources or come to the new contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{helpme}} on your user page, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Here are a few other good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you have any questions, check out Wikipedia:Where to ask a question or ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome!  Dougweller (talk) 07:33, 9 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

April 2011[edit]

Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Talk:Kurdish people. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted or removed. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Dougweller (talk) 10:03, 9 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Kurdish and edit-warring[edit]

You appear to be edit-warring over various articles on the Kurdish language family, which reliable sources such as [1] and many others say is Indo-European. You aren't leaving edit-summaries and you aren't discussing your edits on the relevant talk pages. Please stop this behaviour and don't make such changes without discussion on talk pages, where you need to show that reliable sources -- see WP:RS, back your position. If you don't, you are probably going to be blocked, possibly by me. Dougweller (talk) 14:05, 13 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Your edits and failure to discuss them[edit]

You are welcome to discuss your claims using reliable sources, see WP:RS to see what we mean by a 'reliable source', but if you continue to insert them and do not discuss them on the relevant talk pages first, and continue not to respond here, I will probably block you because we expect all contributors to work with other editors and discuss their edits if they are controversial.
