Images[edit]

A copper coin of Baz Bahadur

I see that you have tried to link some images into certain articles; unfortunately, they've not been done in the recommended Wikipedia manner. I've fixed up some of them; for example, the image at right is shown on this page by means of the following line:

[[File:083baz 7.JPG|thumb|A copper coin of Baz Bahadur]]

As with any "thumbnail" image on Wikipedia, users are able to enlarge the image simply by clicking on it. You might like to read the page Wikipedia:Images, which is the basics on how to add images to articles. It contains links to more specialised pages. --Redrose64 (talk) 12:59, 20 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Redrose, I am drnsreedhar. Your post on how to do thumbnails was really of immense help to me since I am totally ignorant of computer programing. I followed your instructions and you can see a few more of images of Sultans and Emperors of India. Please follow my work and do corrections whenever necessary. I have about 700 images of which I could publish only a few for the simple reason my incapability to program.Anyway, thank you very much. I belong to Kerala,India and is working in Government service as Additional Director of the Health Services of Kerala.Coin collecting is my hobby and I wish to share knowledge with those having same interests. So I thank you once again for your timely help.

Thanks for that. You might find Wikipedia:WikiProject Numismatics of interest, as well as Wikipedia:WikiProject India.
Two other things: first, it's normal to sign your posts on talk pages, this is done either by clicking the signature button located above the edit window, or by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment.
Second, I have removed the two spaces at the start of one line above, because they affected the page formatting: compare the current version with the version resulting from your last edit; in that, all your text is on one line which goes off the right-hand edge; there is also a dotted line around it. For further information on this, see here. --Redrose64 (talk) 21:19, 22 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Redrose64, Thanks for the post. I have posted a few more pictures. But they contain watermark. Unfortunately, all the images I have in my album have them and I am unable to remove. It is welcome if someone is able to do that. --Drnsreedhar1959 (talk) 16:19, 24 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
