Speedy deletion of Carlos Duchicela

A tag has been placed on Carlos Duchicela, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to have no meaningful content or history, and the text is unsalvageably incoherent. I have moved the content of the article to the user page of the creator, User:Duchi, because it is fine as a user page, barring any privacy concerns, but it lacks the substantial coverage in multiple reliable and independent sources needed to satisfy WP:BIO , the guideline for biographical articles in Wikipedia.
