Hello, Dxmif. I see that you have made an account and are editing the Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Mifraz Sudardeen article. This article appears to be a person's resume rather than an encyclopedia article. There is a lot of material that should be removed. It is appropriate to mention the names of positions and companies at which he worked, but not descriptions of everything he did while there. Also, the large bold text is only appropriate for section headings, not whole sentences. Before the article can be accepted, it will need some independent sources, such as news reports, magazine articles or books to confirm the information in the article.
