1) sir i have not received any fees because I'm the president of this organization and I'm new to Wikipedia, I thought creating username using org name will help our next user to edit in future. 2) yes sir I understand why I am blocked and I want to rename my username and i will perform as individual account from today onwards and I will never repeat this if next time happens block me for whole life sir it's a request please unblock my account and help me to publish my organization article. actually i am new to wp article writing but i have done some minor changes using Visual editing and corrected outdated info. 3) Sir, in past days without having an account i have corrected many pages and updated with the latest information, and I would like to contribute like this way in future also. please sir unblock my account and help me to publish it's a once in a lifetime request

If you are the president of the organization, then you definitely have a conflict of interest, which you need to formally disclose. You also need to thoroughly understand our conflcit of interest policies, which you do not seem to at this time, which is why I am declining this request.
