Additional points to note

The Wikipedia Tutorial is a good place to start learning about Wikipedia. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on my talk page. By the way, you can sign your name on Talk and discussion pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~ (the software will replace them with your signature and the date). Again, welcome! Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but your recent edit removed maintenance templates from Wikipedia. When removing maintenance templates, please be sure to either resolve the problem that the template refers to, or give a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, as your removal of this template has been reverted. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia, and if you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. (talk) 09:56, 8 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Bethnal Green[edit]

Hello, I've noticed that you've edited the Bethnal Green article to say part of the area falls in the LB Hackney. Do you have a source for this? My understanding is that when the Metropolitan Borough of Bethnal Green (with the same boundary as the parish) was merged into the LB Tower Hamlets that the boundary with the London (formerly Metropolitan) Borough of Hackney was unchanged. Thanks Grim23 10:21, 8 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The article Galaxy 104 (London Borough of Hackney) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

I find no matches in Google News archives of "Galaxy 104" and Hackney nothing on Google Books. The article fails WP:GNG and there seems little prospect of addressing the lack of reliable sources to demonstrate the impact required.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
