Could you please add an edit summary to your changes
[edit]Noted newly created account used to address some issues. Even the best of us make mistakes and if its not a simple undo it helps other editors who wish to verify your well referenced changes. ChaseKiwi (talk) 07:14, 18 June 2024 (UTC)
- Thank you. I will add edit summaries moving forward. Ed8694 (talk) 07:23, 18 June 2024 (UTC)
- Thank you for doing this. In correcting two bare url citations (which is poor citation style) referring to a still developing news event, where all relevant information may not be yet in the public domain, where you made in an entry in Territorial disputes in the South China Sea, I detected the references used did not refer to invading a vessel or soldiers and paragraph did not appear to adhere to the neutrality guidelines. Can I draw to your attention the following wikipedia guidelines: WP:NPOV, WP:REFB, WP:SOCK.
- The entry read "China has continued to ramp-up its aggression in the region,[1] and in 2024, attacked and invaded a Philippine vessel, injuring Filipino soldiers within the internationally-recognized exclusive economic zone of the Philippines.[2][3]" ChaseKiwi (talk) 09:03, 19 June 2024 (UTC)
- You did not add an edit summary to an edit [1] you made a few hours later on the day you made your statement regarding adding such summaries, if I am not missing something.--CRau080 (talk) 09:42, 20 June 2024 (UTC)
- A number of your edits such as this one cannot be verified or say something different from what's in the source. Vacosea (talk) 13:00, 21 June 2024 (UTC)

Copying within Wikipedia requires attribution
[edit] Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you copied or moved text from one or more pages into Territories claimed by the Philippines. While you are welcome to re-use Wikipedia's content, here or elsewhere, Wikipedia's licensing does require that you provide attribution to the original contributor(s). When copying within Wikipedia, this is supplied at minimum in an edit summary at the page into which you've copied content, disclosing the copying and linking to the copied page, e.g., copied content from [[page name]]; see that page's history for attribution
. It is good practice, especially if copying is extensive, to also place a properly formatted {{copied}} template on the talk pages of the source and destination. Please provide attribution for this duplication if it has not already been supplied by another editor, and if you have copied material between pages before, even if it was a long time ago, you should provide attribution for that also. You can read more about the procedure and the reasons at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. Thank you. — Diannaa (talk) 12:17, 20 June 2024 (UTC)
