Information icon Hello, I'm Alalch E.. I wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions to Sam Harris have been undone because they appeared to be promotional. This aspect holds significant importance as it addresses a notable cultural contrast between the East and the West. In the East, there exists a deeply rooted belief that truth, meditation, dhamma, or dharma are immensely valuable, and teachings of this nature are traditionally disseminated freely without any financial exchange. However, in the Western context, this practice is relatively uncommon. Therefore, emphasizing this distinction in the Wikipedia page serves as an insightful observation, shedding light on the differing cultural perspectives regarding the accessibility and distribution of such teachings. By acknowledging this contrast, we can better understand and appreciate the cultural nuances surrounding the value placed on the availability of transformative knowledge without financial barriers. There is nothing wrong with adding to the Sam Harris article, but your addition does not seem notable enough for inclusion. Also your source is Sam Harris's podcast, which is a primary source but for including something in an encyclopedia we like to have secondary and tertiary sources that demonstrate its significance. Finally, when you make edits it is helpful to leave edit summaries, particularly when reverting another edit for non-obvious reasons, so other editors have some indication of what you are doing. Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia and thank you for your contribution(s). However, as a general rule, while user talk pages permit a small degree of generalisation, other talk pages are strictly for discussing improvements to their associated main pages, and many of them have special instructions on the top. They are not a general discussion forum about the article's topic or any other topic. If you have questions or ideas and are not sure where to post them, consider asking at the Teahouse. Thanks. Good points. Thank you. (Psychiatry is often then not deployed used as weapon more often than we like to think.) Like: We need (police) to take Biden to calm down (in the psychiatry hospital.) Or Putin or any other person...) Plus it is very difficult to get honest feed pack to the psychiatrist because they have too much power. Like psychiatry can be very subjectively applied and most lawyers are terrified to defend them.. against some REAL socialtist-atheist ect. Megelish monsters. Talking from person experience. So in that light should psychiatry viewed. Thou the are on the right track. A LOT of room for growth. like commit to one person or be celibate that is a good moral ethical idea to have in life. You're absolutely right. Some of my comments may have been too harsh, but I believe the underlying points are still valid and worth considering for the article. As an Estonian citizen, I feel strongly about this topic and believe my perspective can contribute to the accuracy and overall tone of the article." Thanks for your contributions to The psychiatric clinic of the North-Estonian Regional Hospital. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because it needs more sources to establish notability. I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.

Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. CycloneYoris talk! 05:33, 21 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
