3RR

[edit]

You are about to violate Wikipedia:3RR on Macedonism. Please refrain from further edits or you may be blocked temporarily.   /FunkyFly.talk_  16:38, 1 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Same goes for Macedonia.   /FunkyFly.talk_  16:41, 1 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
And for Bulgarian language.   /FunkyFly.talk_  19:38, 1 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Unfortunately, despite my warning, you broke 3RR on Bulgaria, so expect a block.   /FunkyFly.talk_  20:12, 1 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

1. I did self revert on Macedonism. --ElevatedStork 20:22, 1 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

2. Let me explain that turkish is an official language in Bulgaria. I provided sources. Funkyfly was reverting without checking the talk page.

3. In fact I didn't broke the 3RR on Bulgaria. --ElevatedStork 20:23, 1 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Why? Because:

1. I inserted information
2. revert
3. revert
4. revert
And he (FunkyFly) he has put the previous version as "12th july". --ElevatedStork 20:29, 1 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, well I'm afraid you're wrong, and you'll have to learn the rules the hard way.   /FunkyFly.talk_  20:46, 1 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Do not change or remove material that is sourced, as you did with the population figures for Bulgarian language speakers (and you left behind the Omniglot citation, causing confusion). First comment on the Talk page that you feel the source is unreliable, then wait for consensus. CRCulver 18:40, 1 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Hi. Please consider reverting any edits that you have made in violation of the WP:3RR. Even if you strongly feel that your edit was a good one, it is more important to work well with other editors than to get the article corrected right this minute. Please revert yourself and discuss to avoid being blocked for edit warring. Thanks. Jkelly 21:16, 1 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Alternative names

[edit]

Please don't add alternative non-native or small-minority names for countries, as you did with the Greek version of the Republic of Macedonia's name. Instead, why not add a link to Wiktionary, where you can find multiple alternative names? See e.g. http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/Former_Yugoslav_Republic_of_Macedonia . -- ChrisO 19:57, 1 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Anti-Bulgarianism

[edit]

You seem to have some sort of sentiment against our country, nation and culture, as I understand from your recent anti-Bulgarian edits. In any case, please refrain from such actions in the future. I'm doing everything to assume good faith, but your behaviour and edits are entirely harmful to the encyclopedia. Your edits are strongly biased against our country, the referencing is missing or entirely inadequate — in such cases, you're supposed to discuss first (and discuss the right way, not troll).

I'd appreciate that you stop your anti-Bulgarian campaign. If not, I'll resort to further measures according to the Wikipedia policies. Thanks! TodorBozhinov 10:40, 2 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Lets keep an eye

Hi

[edit]

I've blocked User:Rater, who is clearly one of your sockpuppets. I'm not sure what your plan is by adding {{Greece-stub}} to Macedonians (ethnic group), but attempting to avoid the 3RR in this way will get you blocked.

I argued against blocking you before for the 3RR because I thought you made some useful contributions, and because FunkyFly was acting inappropriately aswell, but my mind is quickly turning. Please see our policy on Wikipedia:Naming conventions for the use of names in articles. I suspect that adding the Greek name to Macedonians (ethnic group) is inappropriate. - FrancisTyers · 14:01, 2 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

User:Rater is not my sock! Please do a CheckUser for his sake.--ElevatedStork 16:51, 2 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
