User talk:Emmanuel Ngabirano Nshema
Welcome
[edit]Hello, Emmanuel Ngabirano Nshema, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions.
I notice that one of the first articles you created was Emmanuel Ngabirano, which appears to be an article about yourself. This is a common mistake made by new Wikipedians—as this is an encyclopedia, we wouldn't expect to have an article about every contributor. Your user page, however, is a great place to write about yourself, making sure to stay within user page guidelines. Just click your user name at the top of the screen when you are logged in, and edit it normally.
The page you created about yourself may well be deleted from the encyclopedia. If it is deleted and you wish to retrieve its contents, don't hesitate to ask anyone from this list and they will copy it to your user page.

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your messages on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically insert your username and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question on this page and then place {{help me}}
before the question. Again, welcome! Shirt58 (talk) 11:31, 13 November 2012 (UTC)
Hello Dr Ngabirano!
[edit]Hello Dr Ngabirano. While your achievements in medicine may well should be recognised, Wikipedia is not the place to start that recognition. To put it simply, Wikipedia only reports already established knowledge described in reliable sources.--Shirt58 (talk) 11:50, 13 November 2012 (UTC)
The page Emmanuel Ngabirano has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because the content of the page appeared to be blatant advertising which only promoted something, and which was unlikely to be suitable for an article (or at best would need a fundamental rewrite). Wikipedia is not a medium for promotion of anything, whether a company, product, group, service, person, religious or political belief, or anything else. Please read the general criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item G11, as well as the guidelines on spam. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Please refrain from making test edits in Wikipedia pages, such as those you made to Charles R. Lyons, even if you intend to fix them later. Your edits do not appear to be constructive and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment again, please use the sandbox. Thank you. JamesBWatson (talk) 14:00, 13 November 2012 (UTC)
- After writing that message, I noticed that in fact you did not restore the original version, but rather left a damaged version. This was either very careless or deliberate vandalism. I hope it was carelessness, in which case please be more careful. JamesBWatson (talk) 14:03, 13 November 2012 (UTC)
Blocked
[edit]I have blocked this account because I have just blocked your other account Ngabirano Emmanuel (talk · contribs). Any unblock request should be made on the user talk page of that account. Use of a second account while the first is blocked would be considered block evasion, and the use of two accounts may raise suspicions of "sockpuppetry". JohnCD (talk) 12:14, 14 November 2012 (UTC)
